Flight Risk is one of the freshest brands to join the Australian electric bike scene, with their bold range of fat tyre models launching to market with a bang in 2024.
With endorsement from celebrities including Roxy Jacenko, The Kid Laroi and Jackie-O, there’s little doubt that Flight Risk is taking their youthful approach to ebike design seriously.
Founded by Abraham Mikhail and hailing from Sydney, Flight Risk promises urban adventure in style, touting their rides as Electric Escape Vehicles (EEVs), a catchy acronym I’ve not come across before which eloquently encapsulates the spirit of the Flight Risk brand. Let’s take a look at the range of bold designs and colourways that make up the Flight Risk range.
Flight Risk 303 Ebike
The Flight Risk 303 is the entry-level step through bike of the range. Despite being the base model, it’s equipped with features that you won’t find on comparable models from other brands, including built-in GPS tracking so that you can always keep tabs on your bike, a geofencing feature which creates a virtual boundary for the bike, and finally, front and rear blinkers for enhanced visibility. The 303 is available in three signature colours, hot pink, orange and matte black (pictured below). Flight Risk also lays claim to offering the safest charger on the market featuring heat protection technology. All of this included on a tried and tested light-weight frame design certainly make the Flight Risk 303 worthy of consideration.

Flight Risk 333 Ebike
The Flight Risk 333 model offers all the benefits of the 303 plus some enhancements to take its performance up a notch. Flight Risk 505 Ebike
The Flight Risk 505 model is based on a lightweight full-frame structure. Offering similar specifications to the 303, this model is the entry-level step over bike of the range. That said, it’s equipped with nifty features that you won’t see on other brands, including
- Built-in GPS tracking so that you can always keep tabs on your bike
- Geofencing feature which creates a virtual boundary for the bike
- Front and rear blinkers for enhanced visibility
The 505 is available in three signature colours, hot pink, orange and matte black (pictured below). Flight Risk 555 Ebike
Things start to get more serious with the Flight Risk 555. Sporting rear suspension with the signature hot pink coil to the 555’s solid step-over frame, complimented by front shocks to smooth out rough terrain and propelled by 1000 Watts of grunt produced by the Bafang motor, this is a high performance ride. Like the rest of the range, this model is fitted with built-in GPS tracking and integrated indicators, offering a highly capable feature-packed ‘electric escape vehicle’.

Flight Risk 666 Ebike
The twist in the lineup is the Flight Risk 666. Clearly this model aims to buck the trend, with a design that shifts remarkably from Flight Risks’ signature scrambler-inspired frames, to an ebike resemblant of a chopper custom motorcycle. And it’s not just the aesthetic that screams Harley Davidson, this bike also packs some serious punch with a 1500 Watt motor offering the rider plenty of torque. Softening the low rider are rear and front shocks, ensuring your ride is as smooth as it looks. I honestly haven’t seen anything in production like the 666 before, so if standing out in the crowd is your cup of black tea, this one is well worth a look.

If conquering big hills and accelerating on a dime are your top priorities, don’t look past the 777, which reaches speeds of up to 60km/hr with ease. Coupled with the signature integrated front and rear blinkers, GPS tracking and geo-fencing, this thing is a weapon of mass adventure.
